Farmers & Artisans Market

Saturdays 9am - 2pm

 

 

Make your way to Downtown Farmington, Michigan for the 2008 season of the lively Farmington Farmers & Artisans Market.  The market features growers providing a wide selection of flowers and plants plus seasonal fruits, vegetables and bakery goods.  Crafts from selected local artisans are on display each week too.

Market Season Begins

Be there for the ringing of the bell and a few words from Farmington Downtown Development Authority Board of Directors President, Greg Cowley.

 
10am - 1pm

Horse-Drawn Carriage Rides

Informative ride through a portion of the downtown focusing on our history.  The tour leaves on the half hour. $2 for adults, $1 for children 6-12, children under 6 are free.

 
10am - 2pm

Live Music at the Market

Bob Monteleone gives the market its atmosphere today.

Roping Demonstration

Join Cowboy Kris from Scott Colburn Western Wear for a few tips on roping the calf.

Entries accepted beginning at 9am.

Toy Pony Barrel Races
