  1. Visit the Wish List Window for great holiday gift ideas.
  2. Shop & dine at participating Downtown Farmington businesses between 12-3 & 12-12.
  3. Receive a stamp for every $5 purchase.
  4. Collect $100 dollars in Shop Local stamps.
  5. Complete the information on the back of your card and return your card to any participating location.  
  6. Close your eyes and make a WISH!!!

Special Wish List Window Events

Glow - Downtown Holiday Open House
December 3 - 5pm-8pm

Hundreds of luminaries will glow along the streets of Downtown Farmington for this very special night of holiday open houses at your favorite Downtown Farmington shops. Enjoy special sales, yummy treats and watch as the 2009 Wish List Window is unvieled.

Holiday Brunch
December 20 - 1pm
Ginger's Cafe and Gourmet Shoppe
$8 per person

Enjoy a yummy Holiday Brunch in one of Downtown Farmington's beautiful historic homes as the winner of the 2009 Wish List Window is announced.

Bring an unwrapped toy or gently-used coat to donate to S.O.U.L., a nonprofit helping underprivileged local families.  S.O.U.L. is run by Ginger's Cafe owner Ginger Weichers.

Official Contest Rules:

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Downtown Farmington Wish List Window ("Promotion") each entrant agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid and will not be accepted.

2. Entry is open only to those who are 18 years of age and over. Directors, employees of the DDA, the DDA Board of Directors, the employees of businesses participating in this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. The Promotion commences at 05:00pm on 12.03.09 and concludes at 09:00pm on 12.19.09 ("Promotion Period").

4. To enter, participants must, during the Promotion Period, make $100 in purchases at any participating retailer as listed above ("Eligible Purchase") to receive a Wish List Window Punch Card either:

4.1. Visits a Participating business OR,
4.2. Stop by the DDA Office (33316 Grand River Ave.)

5. Prizes in the Promotion will be distributed through one draw. Participants may enter the as many times as they spend $100 in separate Eligible Purchase.  Participants are required to retain their receipt(s) to verify each entry. Failure to provide this/these to the DDA upon request may, at the DDA’s discretion; result in an invalid entry (and, at the DDA’s discretion, in all of the entrant’s entries being invalid). The DDA may require entrants to provide proof of entry for all entries made in order to be entered into the prize draw or to claim a prize

6. The prize draw will be conducted at 1pm at 32905 Grand River Ave, on the following dates: 12-20-09.

7. Winners will be notified by phone and in writing within 7 days of the relevant draw. Winners will have their name and suburb of residence published on the promotion web page of http://www.mtdruittstandard.com.au within two weeks of major prize draw..

8. The DDA reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency registered as the prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoters.

9. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition, including but not limited to the utilization of techniques designed for multiple entries that are not associated with a separate promotional unique code, for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

11. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. The DDA and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

12. All entries become the property of the DDA.  The information entrants provide will be used by the DDA for the purpose of conducting this competition. 

13. The Promoters’ decisions are final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

14. By entering the competition, all prize winners agree to, at the DDA’s  request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of any prize, free of charge, and they consent to the DDA using their name and image in promotional material, without compensation.

15. Winner will be required to pick up prizes at 33316 Grand River Ave. before January 15.

16. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the DDA which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the DDA reserve the right in their sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant gaming authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
